Opportunity for growth at many locations. Not clear with positions, responsibilities, or pay range at times.
They understand that your main purpose there is to make money which is good.

What relevant experience do you have to any position here?
Had to understand menu like the back of your hand and understand how to sell membership which is not typical for a server job. It was an interesting interview since I had to reenact for them.
The interview was very straightforward and not difficult at all. The manager was really friendly and it was very casual. The questions were easy and just talk about your experiences before.
