Horrible. Went through 3 rounds: round 1: basic python coding question, some basic ML related questions, round 2: with someone from senior management, mostly behavioral, asking your prev. work, details, just a casual chat on your background, work, education, etc, round 3: with someone from the highest management and a junior data scientist, both from US, with 1 coding question where they sent the question and dataset over email, just basic pandas coding with forming the dataframe around the dataset, some operations, etc. After this, ghosted completely. Then followed up with the HR, just to hear some vague answer on they moved with another candidate. Amazing how they waste candidate's time and lack the basic professional courtesy to let them know that. Reflects a lot on the culture there.
