I had 3 interviews, 2 virtual and 1 in person. All went great and the team was warm and welcoming. After my interviews they sent me a couple emails explaining they would get back to me by the end of the week regarding a final decision. After I followed up twice with no reply I realized they were ghosting me. Shockingly unprofessional for a company of this size.
