I initially spoke with a recruiter about my resume. After that there was two interviews composed of one with manager and then one with other two team member. Very easy and transparent. They got back to me very quickly as well.

Previous Experience, What is your best qualities? How are you on a team?
My interview with Chubb gave me a strong understanding of both the company’s culture and the expectations of the underwriting role.
We discussed how Chubb operates as a global leader in insurance, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment, client relationships, and long-term financial stability. The team highlighted that underwriting at Chubb is not just technical, but also relationship-driven. Success in the role requires analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to balance risk with business opportunity.
3 interviews in total - 1 screening and 2 in-person. Not very technical. Salary for a first-time position is great (associate role). 30-minute interview. 2-3 people will be attending the meeting alongside you.
Multiple Interview process that starts with internal recruiting phone screening. Expect at least 3 different interviews with different levels of management. Be ready for both technical and personality questions to really dive into who you are.
