Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Chubb (Whitehouse Station, NJ) en abr 2019
Entrevista
My resume was submitted for this position by an outside recruiter. He didn’t have the job description when we first spoke and I failed to follow up to get it - I never saw one. Had a phone interview about a day or two later that lasted around 45 minutes. It seemed to go well even though I lacked some of the skills the interviewer asked about and he said he’d like to bring me in for a face to face interview. I heard from the recruiter several days later about scheduling the next interview which happened a few days later. I was there for about 2 hours and met with several of the team members. Some of the questions directly addressed my experience while other questions were about skills that I did not have - if I did it would have been on my resume which led me to wonder if the person asking the question even read my resume. Given they were hiring for more than one spot I thought I still had a shot based on what I did have to offer. However, in short since I never saw a job description I wasn’t even sure what I was applying for beyond the job title. 2 days later the recruiter called me to say they said “no”. In a way I was relived since there was a sort of disorganization to the process.
