I attended two interviews. The first interview had a few engineers that you would be working with and the HR representative present. The second interview didn't have HR but included the Director of Engineering. Both interviews involved interpersonal/soft-skill questions and technical questions. The technical questions in both interviews involved the review of circuit and system schematics with discussion/questioning about the functionality of the presented diagrams.
