An overall great experience. I applied for a donor communications manager per a friend's suggestion. I was rejected for that role, but a week or so later, I was contacted by the marketing team because they found my application for the other role. They are already on the right foot. The interview process was clear. The screener provided details about the company culture, which I admired. They have a Slack chat where they celebrate their wins and believe in trying new things and failing as an important part of the creative process. I spoke with a marketing director who discussed in great detail about the department and asked excellent questions. The rejection email was so sweet and sincere. I constantly face rejection in interviewing, and this tremendously touched me. I read the email to my friends, the church small group, and my counselor just to tell everyone how wonderful CT was to me. Thank you for giving me dignity when our world doesn’t.
