I had applied last year back when it was the regular SDR position, HR rep immediately said I was not what they were looking for, but luckily months later applied through a referral and head of HR interviewed me, basic phone interview questions, super lovely. Second interview consisted of two roleplays, and behavioral questions. Besides HR rep that didn't give me an interview, everyone else was amazing and felt that even if you weren't joining Chownow, would give good feedback and make you feel valued. Definitely prepare for second interview by practicing roleplay situations and just have experiences you can refer to, to answer behavior questions.
