The ChowNow interview process is by far the best interviewing experience that I have ever had. Steps included an initial phone screen, a call with my direct manager, a video call with a case study that was sent to me beforehand, and a final call with higher ups on the teams my position would work closely with. What I appreciated most about this process was the timeliness as well as the quick follow up discussing next steps. I never felt in the dark or unsure of where I stood and when I would hear from someone. While it was a very thorough and challenging process it really shows how much ChowNow cares about finding both a job fit and culture fit.

Multiple rounds with different departments, well thought out and offered a great understanding of the company culture and role responsibilities. Overall it was a positive experience that left me feeling quite optimistic about the company and people who worked there.
