Had a couple of phone interviews before a 2 hour in person. In person interview was warm and welcoming and involved talking with 3 groups of 2 interviewers. Recruiter was in near constant communication about process which ran smoothly and was overall very enjoyable.

Name a Time you had a challenge and had to come up with a creative solution
I was referred internally by an employee, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview, and then she ghosted me - didn’t show to the interview, didn’t reach out or reply to any of my emails. Then 3 weeks later she reached back out, didn’t apologize for her previous communication and asked if I was still interested.

Entrevista
Was a three-step interview process. First was a phone call, then zoom meetings and another zoom meeting. Overall, everyone was nice but I felt like they asked the same questions in different ways. And for a CSR position it felt too extensive.

Entrevista
Unfortunately made it through all 3 phases of the interview process, was offered the job, even completed all of my onboarding paperwork and enrolled in benefits only to be told my job offer was rescinded for something completely unrelated. It was incredibly disappointing.
