After seeing many positive reviews on here (Glassdoor) and BuiltinLA, I applied online. I immediately received an email from the recruiter requesting to set up a phone interview. This process took about 25-30 minutes and we went over my resume and job background. A couple business days later I heard back from the recruiter and was invited into the office for in-person interview. I appreciated the itinerary they sent over about the interview, it was very organized and helped me prepare. This interview process took about 2 hours and I met with 2 managers and went over my background & position etc. I then met with another manager and the COO and went over my background again and went more into depth regarding the position and company. Everyone was very welcoming and easy to talk to. A couple days later the recruiter offered me the job and I accepted!
