The interview process was straightforward with 4 rounds: initial with the recruiter, personality check with the manager, team culture with other members of the team, and case study presentation. I appreciate the recruiter's check in throughout the process.

Applied and received a request to interview with the recruiter relatively quickly. Had a 40 minute phone call that appeared to go well well. The recruiter laid out specific next steps and told me he would get back to me within a few days. A few days go by and no communication. Sent a follow up and no communication. Sent one last follow up not even a courtesy rejection that takes all of 30 seconds to write. Brilliant way to respect peoples’ time. Glad I didn’t have to waste time on the projects and presentations that are a part of the next steps in the interview process. Skip this place.
