Entrevista
Awful experience and communication.
I went through a 2 step interview process. I had an online interview with the recruiter on Monday followed by a director online interview on Friday. Both conversations went well and they told me I would be hearing back from them the following week.
That week came and went and I had received no more information. I followed up with an email to the recruiter and the director and received no response on the process or if I was still a candidate. Another week passed and I still heard nothing. I sent a another follow up email the next week and once again nothing.
After 3 weeks of silence, 4 weeks total and ignored emails, I accepted a position elsewhere. Not to mention in the original interview with the recruiter I asked what exactly the day to day would look like. When I mentioned the response I was given to the Director she said that she completely disagreed with the recruiters answer.
The interviews themselves were fine, but the lack of communication was completely unprofessional. Delays happen and candidates are sometimes removed, however it only takes a few minutes to write an email and let the candidate know what is going on. This level and lack of communication really shows a lot about how this company values people, and explains why there are reports of high turnover. It also raises concerns for those who use or are considering their financial services - imagine going a month without hearing back from your financial advisors.

I interviewed with Choreo for a Senior Associate role. There were three rounds of interviews (HR Screening call, Virtual call with two different 30-minute panels, final in-person round that comprised of lunch followed by an interview.
It was clear each interviewer deeply enjoyed their job and was engaged, passionate, and believed in the company’s mission. Many of the interviewers spoke on their process of moving up the company which was a green flag for internal development.
The team-based culture was emphasized numerous times, along with Choreo’s great work culture that was focused on high-level client service, flexibility, trust, and development of employees over the long term.
I was thrilled to receive an offer and accepted. After starting my role, I am glad to be working at Choreo!
