The first is typically talking about yourself and what you are looking for (summer job, part/full time, what position, etc.) The second is more talking about the company's values, how you contribute to the team and company, etc.

Very thorough interview process, people I interviewed with were very kind and friendly. Three step interview process with the final being a RJP which I thought was a great process also.

Entrevista
Initial interview with internal recruiter lasted about an hour. Then participated in a day in the life that was very hands on (worked in prep and participated, worked the register, chopped salads and interacted/engaged with staff and customers) and lasted three to four hours. Lastly had an hour interview with VP of HR.
