Ran through an initial screening call and then a cold call role play. During the role play I had one opportunity to cater my pitch to the lead. Feedback was given but I was not given a chance to implement.

It is done to a rubric for BDR level sales roles. My interview process was smooth but I failed because I did not hit a point on the mock pitch call that was implied on their prior email, but I did not realize that it was just checking a box. They did have an absurd amount of rounds. I think it was around 7-10, including an in person visit and a separate 15 minute call with the CEO which is almost impossible to complete if you're currently employed. Additionally I recently saw the two sales managers I interviewed with leaving in the same week on Linkedin.
