They have a 3 round PI process in which first round was just a HR round after that a finance guy would take the interview and the last round was taken by Chairman himself. The process is quite transparent so u can easily know whether u will be selected or not.. IF YOUR FATHER IS DOING JOB OR BUSINESS IN WHICH CHIRIPALS ALREADY EXIST PLZ DONT APPLY NAD WASTE UR TIME.
