Lasted up to 20 mins, held in front of restaurant during a quiet time. Discussed availability and passion for the position. Any previous experience which may help. Had to appear very friendly, confidence with willing to learn. Was my first role on the bar, was offered a trial shift. Asking lots of questions on drinks, types of guests etc always helps!
