It was about 8 stages. Met with the hiring manager, then did a live coding, and then a system design interview. After, met with one of the executives who asked about my experience.

Pregunta 1
System Design interview question was asked. Design a payment system that also handles for a race condition.
My process was five individual interviews over video calls. The first was with an internal recruiter and then I quickly had four additional interviews scheduled. Two interviews were more cultural and behavioral with conversation around technical subjects. These interviews were with a co-founder and early-stage employee. Two interviews were with engineers and were technical in nature. Overall the process was great. It was well organized, each interview was unique and insightful, and I quickly heard back feedback at each step. While the interviews were challenging and they pushed me, it wasn't overly difficult. Much of it was conversational and working together to solve problems. I was interviewing with 10+ other companies and I found Chipper's interviewing process to be the best, it was structured and thorough but still comfortable and friendly. Everyone I interviewed with impressed me and made me want to work with them.

Pregunta 1
One of the technical interviews was a pair programming exercise on a common problem faced in my specific area of work. It was very real-world and my interviewer was great at pairing. The other technical interview was a solution design interview and again it was a common problem an engineer in my area would have experience with. The interviewer was also great at pairing. In both of these interviews, I felt I learned from them and was also able to showcase my knowledge and experience.
