In this day, with labor shortage starting to be more prevalent, I believe it s important to call out companies’ recruiting processes. This was not a good experience. I was invited in for an interview (in person), and then was ghosted (this was several months ago). No feedback at all. This is not acceptable. Once an interview has progressed to the interview stage, you owe EVERY candidate (whom you asked to take time to talk with you!) an update to the job offer status.

Interview process was smooth and easy, questions about past experiences, career goals, etc. THought it was a good interview for me and the people were very kind and nice. Would recommentd to anyone who loves eating a chipotle.
There wasn’t multiple rounds, easy questions and less than 30 minutes before I was done. No test of cooking skills live. Was at the chipotle. Employees I met all seemed nice.

The interview process is quick and easy. They mainly ask you about yourself, so just describe some good qualities you have that would help a workplace. And they ask you to elaborate on your work experience as well.
