Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Chipotle en jul 2015
Entrevista
I applied online on a Friday and they emailed me a couple days later for an interview on the upcoming Wednesday at 10am. I researched a little about Chipotle but for more than just facts. I looked at work ethics rather than just a front for an interview. Upon arriving, there were at least 14 people who showed up for the interview. There were three people interviewing: 1) Manager 2 ) two employees. I signed in and the interview process began. The first interviewer was an employee. It went well so she introduced me to the other employee which made the second round. The second employee was super hyper and happy. Finally she introduced me to the manager. The manger was incredibly friendly. We got along well and she said she would get back to me by the end of the day. I called the next day and unfortunately I didn't get the job. In conclusion the process was pretty easy and maybe even comforting.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
