The interview process at Chipotle was... Interesting. So I was called for an interview a few days after I applied online. I came in, and it was a group interview like most people on this site mentioned. The interview lasted 10 minutes tops and they only asked 2 questions. Later that day, they called me again and told me that they wanted to schedule another interview. So I came in and much to my surprise it was another group interview, but this time with a different manager (the kitchen manager). It was literally the same interview I had the first time. The same two questions and the same time frame. So the next day they call me back again and say they want to schedule another interview. This one was much more chill, one on one, and the manager was very laid back and easy to talk to. Then he brought out the general manager to meet me and she asked me the same questions as well. The questions were very repetitive but I answered it as consistently and to the best of my ability. So I drove home, and right when I got to my front door, I got an email saying that they were unable to offer me the job..... I definitely feel like I didn't do that horribly during the interview, but oh well

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
