I applied online on a Friday and was emailed Sunday to come in on Monday at 5pm. When I got there it was pretty busy I introduced myself to the cashier and she he told me to take a seat. I sat with another interviewee and struck up and conversation to lighten the mood and release some tension she was really friendly and then two crew members came over to interview us. One had been there for a year and the other for only one week. They asked us a few questions before bringing the kitchen manager and another crew member over. It's good to be very energetic and mention some of the chipotle 13 characteristics. When the manager came over she told the only other girl with me that she had to be 18+ the girl wished me luck and left then it was just myself there were a few more questions and then I left. I was called later that evening to come in Wednesday at 1:30 they're busiest hour. And when I got there I was brought to the back house to watch the crew and ask a few questions before the manager and apprentice called me in for an interview. That interview was pretty basic. Then I left. About two hours later I received an email stating I got the job. 😁

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
