Applied online, called to follow up, recieved a call for an interview with in the next few days. Some people have both group and single interviews. I had one interview with a kitchen manager, one with a service manager, and then they called to hire me. But it's more typical that people will have one group interview, one single interview and one interview with the manager.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day

Entrevista
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
