Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Chipotle (Columbus, IN) en sep 2014

I had applied at Chipotle before, but never heard back. I applied again about a week ago, and a couple of days went by and still hadn't gotten a call, so I called on Thursday, asked for the manager, and said that I was calling to check up on my application. She asked my name, and then asked if I could come in for an Interview on Saturday. So I did, and had a basic "Tell me about yourself", "What do you know about Chipotle?" "What would make you a good worker?" etc. kind of interview with the GM. It took about ten or fifteen minutes. She jotted down a couple of basic notes and that was it. She asked if I could come back for an interview tomorrow (sunday) to interview with the assistant manager and another manager, and they'd decide from there. So I came back for the 2nd interview and talked with both managers separately. The first guy asked the same questions the GM had asked, then said he'd go get the other guy. The 2nd guy came out and said that he'd asked and that all of the crew seemed to like me and that I could come back Tuesday to do paperwork and meet the whole crew. Probably the easiest and most comfortable interviews of my life.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day

I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
