Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Chipotle (Stockton, CA) en jun 2014
Entrevista
I applied online and got an email about a week later telling me to come in for their job fair at 9am. There was 20+ applicants, and we were split up into groups of 6. They asked why Chipotle? What do you know about about Chipotle? Etc. Overall it was a waste of my time because although they say they're looking for inexperienced workers, they're not; the girl next to me had already worked at Chipotle before and I'm pretty sure she got the job.

The interview was very short. It didn't consist of any basic questions because there were so many people there.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
