I was interviewed at a job fair and got a call back from the manager for a second interview within the week. I was offered the position after the second interview, accepted it, and went through orientation the next week. Never called in for work.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
