I applied online and two days later I received an email for an interview. The first interview was a group interview with the General Manger. They basically just wanted to see if you have the energy and personality to fit in with the rest of the crew. After the interview, they told everyone they would call them later that day if they wanted you back for a second interview. I did not get a call until a week later asking me in for a one on one interview with the GM. I went in and had a pretty basic interview with the same questions as before. The GM said she would call me with her decision and a week later I got a call to be hired.

Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.
