I was called to come to a group interview and we were all asked different questions like, tell me about your self, why do you want to work at Chipotle pretty simple questions. We were told that we might get a a call back. We all ended up getting a call back and they showed us the back of the restaurant. The sad part is they messed up and sent me and email to come in for a third interview which was a beginning interview with more possible candidates. They apologized and I went there for nothing. This economy gives every company the opportunity be the most nit picky as they possibly can and I pretty sure the continued to host interviews until the could get that one or two for their crew. Its a sad cruel world :( I recently got called for another interview for another store and its the same song and dance.......Its getting old.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
