Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Chipotle (Chino Hills, CA) en may 2013
Entrevista
I applied and got an email for a group interview.
When I arrived there, there was about 8 of us and split us into two groups. We had the interviews in the dining area and it turned out to be one of the most unprofessional interview I have been to. There was one applicant who stood out due to her loud personality in which in turn, the interviewer seemed to like the most, even with her face piercings and very casual attire. The interviewer talks a lot and seems to be uninterested and bored half of the time. She was very unprofessional and used a lot of slang words.
During the group interview, it seemed like we all had to compete to answer and it was very uncomfortable.
They asked the following questions:
Tell us about yourself
What are your plans for the future
What do you know about Chipotle
Do you have any questions for me
Really, I would have to say that each chipotle depends on the location and the interviewer.
I am glad they haven't called me for a 2nd interview. I was the most professionally dressed and had the most passion to work for Chipotle. I maintained eye contact and smiled but I guess it didn't work for them.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
