i worked at another chipotle so this time it was quick and easy but the first time i had an interview they check body language your overall presentation if you smile or if it looks like you’re unhappy or if it looks like you have an attitude so make sure you smile

Just applied online and then got a call to come in for an interview. it was a very straightforward process. interviewed right there in the seating area by the hiring manager.
the interview was very professional and respectful. i appreciated the clear questions and respectful environment. i was given water and they actually sent an email saying i was rejected instead of ghosting me, nice
Easy got the job right away with no experience. NEGATIVE: you need to buy new shoes and was not told this until my first shift...What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. The environment seemed chaotic, and employees appeared stressed and overworked, which made me question the overall workplace culture.
Overall, the experience didn’t reflect well on the company, and it made me reconsider wanting to work there. I hope they improve their interview process to better respect candidates’ time and present a more positive image of their workplace.
