Waited a week to receive follow up call to participate in third phone interview with area manager. Attended face-to-face interview with area manager, then waited three days for follow up. After third day received rejection email from area corporate recruiter. Be prepared to hurry up and wait. A company that stresses the importance of how their "13 characteristics" defines their culture should "take a look in the mirror" at their own behaviors. Conscientious? FAKE Polite? FAKE Respectful? FAKE. Hospitable? FAKE Happy? FAKE Ambitious? FAKE Infectiously enthusiastic? FAKE Curious? FAKE Honest? HARDLY Motivated? A FIVE-MONTH INTERVIEW PROCESS! FAKE Presentable? TRIM YOUR BEARDS-IT'S NOT FOOD SAFE Smart? SURE, WHY NOT. I'M NOT THAT IGNORANT High Energy? ONLY WHEN SPEED READING INTERVIEW QUESTIONS FROM A FORM AT 300wpm Would I have given this negative review if offered a position? NO, OF COURSE NOT To string someone along for five months of multiple lengthy interviews only to be rejected with a form response demonstrates a lack of integrity and sincerity.
