Simple sit-down interview where they ask about experience and some situational questions. They're just looking for good work ethic so even if you have no experience in food or customer service, exhibiting a willingness to do good work and collaborate on a team is all that you need.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
