Informal interview with manager. I waited a long time to be interviewed. Took 15 minutes, asked a few simple questions, and then they told me I was hired. Only one round.

I was asked to submit a resume and about potential transportation and asked about availability and experience within the interview. It was short and polite with a very laid back appearance.
Professional, well-structured interview with thoughtful questions. Interviewers were respectful, transparent about expectations, and genuinely curious. Process felt organized, welcoming, and aligned with the role’s responsibilities and company culture overall experience.
