I had 1 zoom and 4 in person interviews, and completed two unpaid designs/content creations for them and then got ghosted after being told I should wait for a contract to be sent. Then, almost three months later they reached out asking if I was still interested. Stupidly I said of course, send me the contract! and then I never heard from them again. I would stay away from this company.
