Since it's pandemic, the initial interview conducted thru phone. Then, it's easy and simple and also the interviewer is nice to talk with. After that, I was invited to a zoom interview with the supervisor of assigned department. Then, I passed so that I was invited to take an exams on site. After the exam, wait for the call if passed or not. Fortunately, I passed the exam so the next step is the job offer. Ps: I like the process and also the people of Chinabank. Thank you chinabank!

I sent my application to them thru email and they texted me for an exam scheduled the next day. You will fill up the application form and will answer 3 questions which will be in paragraph form (like a short essay). Then exams.. time is of the essence. They will ask you to stay in the room if you passed so that they can give you a schedule for the initial interview.. my interview was scheduled the next day. It was all about your personal information, relationship with your family, and the your advantage from other applicants. The interviewer told me that they will contact me again within 1 to 2 weeks for the final interview. Exactly 1 week, I received a call that the manager and immediate supervisor was available that day so I hurried to their office. The interview was relaxed since the interviewers were nice and accommodating.
