Entrevista
It took 1 month for the hiring process. Staff will text you for pre employment exam, if you pass this exam they will give your HR interview schedule. After 1 week for they will call you for your HR Interview and IT Examination. Then if you pass this exam they will call you after 1 week, for the two sets of interview. Then, if you pass they will immediately call you for job offer or reschedule of a phone call interview.

2. Initial Interview with HR
3. IT Exam
4. Manager Interview
5. Department Head Interview
6. Job Offer
First Stage - standardized exam
Second Stage - Interview with HR
Third Stage - Technical Interview with HR (Can be panel or 1on1)
Fourth Stage - Job Offer

Mostly Background check and usual interview questions. Technical manager will also ask usual interview questions and will ask about your thesis in college.
