Straightforward interview process - recruiter did a quick phone screen with me and then I spoke to the hiring manager for the first round interview. The recruiter reassured me that if I had any questions, to please follow up with them. After my interview with the hiring manager, I didn't hear from the recruiter (a senior recruiter, at that) again. I followed up a week later asking for an update, and I was reassured I'd likely get an update early the following week, as they were still interviewing candidates. It's now been 2 weeks from that initial follow-up email (and 3 weeks since the interview) and I've heard nothing. Obviously, I didn't move on to the next round, but I only knew because the silence was more telling than any sort of communication I got from Chime. It should go without saying, but please give your candidates the decency of at least letting them know they've been eliminated from the candidate pool, in a timely manner.
