Unprofessional. Failed to ask any relevant information during the interview. Staff conducting interview wore sweat pants and cursed. Asked if I had any questions but then did not answer any of them. Interview lasted about 15 minutes and I was offered a position on the spot without any of my references being checked prior. Filled out paperwork before a formal offer was emailed to me by HR. Would not recommend this organization.
