I applied for an In-Home Outreach Counselor position, as well as the Outpatient Therapist position. The interview was a pleasant experience, as the staff interviewing me created an environment that made me feel at ease. It was very helpful when one of the staff members explained the difference in each position in a distinct manner. This gave me a more realistic view of what the job actually entails.
