The interview process was the application, a phone interview, a take-home assignment, and then finally an in-person interview with the team and later the CEO. The person leading the process was great. Competent, friendly, accomodating. The ladies I interviewed with at the in-person interview were all great and made me feel very comfortable. It was a great interview. Unfortunately, the interview with the CEO left much to be desired. He only had one question for me, the interviewee. "What is your greatest fear?" And went into a philosophical shpeal about the options being fear of rejection, fear of disappointing, etc. It was incredibly uncomfortable to be asked to be so vulnerable in front of a person who clearly had a great deal of power over the interview process, and was quite frankly, an abuse of power.

The interview process was extremely lengthy and involved, even for an entry level role. It began with an HR interview, then meeting with the Senior Marketing Manager, then completing a take home assignment, a meeting to review the take home assignment, a meeting with the product marketing team, an hour long topgrading interview with the senior marketing manager and the co-founder, and then a final interview with more team members.
