Was easy and nice conversation. Started with basic work related questions and some fun personal questions. Did not have trouble answering anything too difficult. Lasted around thirty minutes and was offered job.

I applied online, and received an email to schedule a time to interview at the store. I never spoke directly to anyone prior, or had a phone screen, and the email invite looked like spam. After further researching, I decided to go ahead and click the link to schedule a time and date. I interviewed with the owner operators (man and woman) at the store. There was no friendly welcome, no one stood up to greet me, or shake my hand and they both really looked like they didn't want to do the interview at all, just a very negative vibe from start to finish. The man stared at his laptop almost the entire time, and the woman was just spewing off question after question, and talked way too much and too long about herself and her history with CFA. They interviewed me in the middle of the store full of customers, kids running all around and it was extremely loud. I worked at CFA in the past so I was both surprised and disappointed at both of the owner operator's demeanor, and their interview process. There were no other interviews, no one else I could even speak to as the man told me he "hires his own staff". I was told they were still interviewing and I would hear back in about a week. I received the email rejection notice shortly after the interview. CFA seriously needs to be a bit more discerning and invest more time and effort in awarding franchisees as poor choices like what I experienced, directly damage the brand’s reputation.
