After basically stealing all your very private and personal financial information they show you a prerecorded motivational video with 95% White people before a pre-recorded interview process where the first question was actually 2 questions lol. I read two Truitt books and shared my knowledge and they did not care. You almost feel like you were rejected for not being white or seeming like a person who would serve White people.

Filled out long application asking for my whole life story including financial records, work history, etc. then video interview that was 4 questions. The video interview was sent via email and had 14 days to complete. Still pending next steps
The interview process was in-depth, so make sure you plan accordingly. The process is self-explanatory. Remember CFA is looking for top talent that fits in with their corporate values, think servant leaders.
