Took an OA which was a basic IQ/Reading Comprehension test, think it's just a bare minimum to filter bots and give them one more stage to resume reject as their process is very straightforward. OA -> Behavioral + Technical (Same Round) -> Offer + Flown to the Chicago Office. I have no idea the criteria they're booking rounds through because I knew previous trading interns who still haven't heard about if they're moving on to the phone round, while some have already received offers. They also will not expedite. The timing is perfect for those who couldn't land any of the firms who start processes early. They're a great firm to intern for from what I heard, but most talent has already signed an offer by October.
