Very long and extensive. Open questions and a test with a few more questions. Very focused on their core values and their accomplishments. Make sure you have a very good idea of what makes the Collegiate Charter School different from other schools. The interviewer was very nice and showed me around the school. Overall, I think it would be a good experience to work there.
