This was the first interview i've ever had where the intereviewer was ever late, let alone by 15 mins. Conversation and everything went well ending with him telling me he'd contact me the next day to set up the next steps. One full week later he sends me an email full of typos to ask for availability to interview further. I replied to hear crickets for a week to have a blanket email sent to me turning me down.

Pretty basic and standard questions. They LOVE the STAR method and give you all the info before you even make it far through the process. Awkward in my opinion to prep someone for what you want to hear later on.
