I was contacted by a recruiter seeking to do a phone interview. She missed our scheduled appointment and simply replied with "Omg. Total oversight on my part. Let me know when you're available tomorrow morning and I'll make it work." I told her my AM availability... and nothing. She never replied or read the email. After taking the morning off work and waiting around for her to call during the time frame I provided, she simply said "Hi, sorry, missed this. What about later tonight?" I told her 5 PM worked. She confirmed and we had it set for 5 PM. Once again, she never called. She emailed me later that evening without apologizing and said her last call "went way over", then proceeded to ask if I was still available. I didn't see her email until later because I had other obligations that were scheduled. It's been almost 6 hours since I replied that I'd love to find a time to connect, and she's not getting back to me. I'm shocked about the recruiting experience at Chewy, especially considering their reputation is amazing.
