The recruiter reached out to schedule a call the next day but never called, I checked back later with him through email, and turned out he had a meeting. I then gave him my new availability and he never replied. Didn't really feel they are respectful and professional, to be honest.

I was working with a Recruiter and had a behavioral round with a Design Manager. Recruiter sets up an interviews based on Operating Principles. This is the first interview after initial screening with the recruiter.
