I was contacted by two different recruiters. Both interviews went very well. The one recruiter said he would get back with me the next week...crickets. I reached out to him and he called me and said it would be another week. Again, crickets. I have been completely ghosted.
Initial phone screen with the recruiter, phone screen with the hiring manager, half-day interviews (4-5, 45 min interviews) with a case study.
After dedicating 5 hours of my time, they did not have the decency to provide follow-up, even after a check-in email one week later. If you value your time as a candidate, and you should, do not bother with this company.

Phone screen with recruiter Manager interview via phone supposed to hear back in a day or 2 totally ghosted by the recruiter! no rejection email, no response to my email asking for an update, nothing! So unprofessional!

What started off as a really positive experience with the recruiter during the initial phone screen (very thorough, seemed to have my best interest in mind) quickly changed. After the 2nd round of interviews, I emailed the recruiter twice to ask for contact info so I could send a thank you - no response for a month! And then finally got a rejection with an offer to provide me feedback, which once again had no follow up. Poorly executed interview process. It takes less than a min to respond quickly to an email from a candidate.
