Started off with HR asking me couple of admin questions and then I had a phone interview with director which was tech based sql and python followed with another technical interview with sr manager which was again technical but out of context of job description,later on I was invited onsite after couple of hiccups saying that position was put on hold.during onsite there was a team member who was condescending in the way he was questioning and not listening to what the interviewer wants to say..after couple of days I get a phone call from the HR saying that another director is interested in speaking with me,5 minutes into the call with director he mentions he needs to be in another meeting and that he would call me back,after couple of weeks another HR gives me a call saying they want to extend the offer.but the range they offered was way below what was initially agreed upon and also with no additional benefits that were initially discussed. I am highly disappointed on the fact that I wasted my time going through hiring process only to know at the end they did not stay on their word.
