Overall pretty good experience. Take home quiz for online evaluation. Pretty focused on Java trivial questions, quiz done in 10 minutes. Got to onsite interview for 3.5 hours total. Interviewers were mostly professional. Looks like the company is in need of good engineers since they are expanding super quick. Fast growing company, good environment to grow and learn it seems. The package they offered initially was definitely a SUPER low-end one including a title demotion, I don't think I did too well on the interview that might explain it. Unfortunately, with a few rounds of negotiation, it was raised, but nowhere near the level I expected / promised by recruiter, hence I had to decline it.
